AdvanCore
AdvanCore is a synthetic beta-tricalcium phosphate ceramic developed to be used as medical device to assist in the bone regeneration process in orthopedics, trauma and maxillofacial/ oral surgeries.
AdvanCore is biocompatible and easily osteointegrated due to its micro and macro interconnected porosity which facilitates its vascularization. The product has a total porosity of up to 80%. Since its chemical composition is similar to the mineral phase of human bone, AdvanCore facilitates osteogenesis and it is mostly absorbed within 1 year.
The product has 4 presentation shapes: Blocks, Wedges, Granules in glass viral and Granules in syringes and can be used as-is or mixed with blood, PRPs or with bone marrow aspirated from the patient.
